PVC Rotogravure Ink
PVC rotogravure ink for rotary gravure printing can be applied to the different hardness of PVC substrate.
According to the hardness, PVC substrate can be generally classified as rigid, semi-rigid and soft.
For rigid substrates, such as PVC edge banding, we have VPA-type ink to make sure excellent adhesion, good print performance, ink uniformity, good chemical resistance, and soft and non-tacky, for general plastic printing.
For soft and semi-rigid PVC substrates, such as PVC wallpaper, and PVC tablecloths, we develop a VD-type to solve the adhesion problem on soft substrates.
