Product Performance
1. Strong initial adhesion. The product has high enough initial adhesion to ensure that the bonded substrate will not rebound.
2. After gluing, it has a long opening time and can handle most complex assembly processes.
3. It is suitable for a wide range of base materials and is suitable for bonding various plastics. It has good flexibility, wear resistance and solvent resistance.
Precautions
1. For future convenience, a specific mold positioning should be used when assembling the embryos.
2. The proportion of adhesive must be precise, and the amount of glue should not be too large. The principle of mixing as needed should be followed.
3. During the bending and pressing process, pay attention to whether the setting of the high-frequency machine is within a reasonable range.
4. This product contains isocyanate, so you should wear protective gloves suitable for isocyanate. Safety goggles should be worn each time the product is used. Hardener must not come into contact with water or moisture.
5. Cleaning must be carried out before the system is cured.
